  • What is your retun policy on plants?
    At this time we are currently not accepting any plant returns. We appreciate your patience and understanding that these are live goods and therefore too many changing variables to allow us to accept plants back into our greenhouse after they have left the facility.
  • What is your retun policy on non plant material?
    We accept all non plant returns withing our 30 day grace period.
  • How do you package your plants for shiping?
    Plants will be shipped in the pot in which they are pictured and planted in. We take the extra measures necessary in packaging these plants for shipment so that they arrive healthy and in perfect condition. We also stand behind our live arrival garantee just in case anything goes amiss during transport.
